Camilla Montgomery Modesitt writes: "Ten years ago, Kristy Fantz called me and said, "We should start an immersion school in Denver." Yesterday, DLS graduated its first class of 8th graders. Two things - first, the school is amazing; our students are incredible. Second, be willing to work tirelessly on something simply because you believe in it strongly, and don't let yourself be bothered by the people who tell you no. Progress doesn't live in the status quo."
